CVS Health seeks candidates for the Actuarial Development Program, a full-time, 4 1/2 year program designed to develop future leaders in actuarial science. Participants rotate across key business areas, gaining exposure to pricing, reserving, forecasting, and data analytics while supporting senior actuaries.

Hybrid work options and relocation assistance are available. You will build technical skills with Excel, SAS, Python and other tools, and you are encouraged to pursue actuarial exams while

Qualifications

• Be currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Actuarial Science, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Risk Management or Statistics.
• Have an anticipated graduation date by June 2027.
• Be willing to relocate to an Actuarial hub: Hartford CT, Blue Bell PA, Atlanta GA or Chicago IL.
• Have passed at least one actuarial exam.

Responsibilities

• Support business leaders with risk-based analyses and end-to-end accountability for results.
• Participate in rate filings and prepare exhibits for regulatory filings.
• Analyze claims data and monitor reserve levels; learn actuarial reserving techniques.
