Kemper Auto is seeking a highly skilled Resident Actuarial Engineer Manager to integrate data engineering with actuarial processes and pricing strategies. You will lead the development and deployment of data-driven pricing tools for personal and commercial auto lines, ensuring data accuracy and governance in a cloud-based ecosystem.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the actuarial team, scalable programming, and advanced analytics to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in solution or data engineering or related roles.
3+ years experience in Python development with clean code practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
Knowledge of data ingestion patterns and data manipulation techniques.
Experience in actuarial or data analytics in insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities
