Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering or related field.
- 5+ years leading data/solution engineering teams and mentoring.
- 3+ years Python development with clean code practices.
- Experience with cloud data ecosystems and actuarial data familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers; drive scalable data solutions; implement cloud-based actuarial needs.
- Develop and maintain actuarial capabilities for pricing using data analytics.
- Collaborate with actuarial team to ensure governance and data availability for pricing.
- Drive advanced analytics adoption and optimize data workflows for efficiency.
