Society Insurance is seeking an Actuarial Associate II to join our team near Fond du Lac, WI. You will work on ratemaking, reserving, and modeling analyses, collaborating across underwriting, claims, finance, and leadership to drive informed business decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, continuous learning, and a path toward associateship while supporting flexible remote/hybrid schedules and occasional in-person meetings at our home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, economics, or related field.
• 2 years actuarial work experience (OR) 5 years actuarial work experience.
• Completion of at least four actuarial exams.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Database.
• Highly motivated and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes data to prepare ratemaking, reserving, and modeling analyses.
• Develops data and reports for special projects.
• Maintains, enhances, and develops templates for ratemaking, reserving, and modeling.
• Provides analysis of ratemaking, reserving, modeling, and special projects.
