Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible actuarial experience across multiple functional areas (pricing, reserving, analytics, modeling, governance).
• ACAS/FCAS strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
• Strong documentation and ability to explain complex actuarial concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Actuarial & Analytics Center of Excellence, providing thought leadership and hands-on execution across pricing, reserving, analytics, data, and related functions.
• Research and evaluate emerging actuarial techniques, analytical methods, software platforms, and industry best practices.
• Design, build, test, and deploy new actuarial methodologies, models, tools, and templates in collaboration with impacted teams.
• Serve as an enablement and consulting resource to functional teams, while not owning day-to-day production responsibilities.
• Lead governance efforts for methodology standards, documentation, and review processes in line with expectations.
• Operate through influence, aligning with SVP, Actuarial & Analytics, and prioritizing work accordingly.
• Maintain credibility by staying current on standards and innovations that provide tangible value.
