Group 1001 Insurance is seeking an Actuarial Analytics Lead to grow our property and casualty reserving and pricing capabilities. You will build an end-to-end data platform and use it to develop models shaping our reinsurance strategy, growth, and risk appetite.

You will present results to leaders and own the platform and methods. You will collaborate with Risk Management, Guarantee and Reinsurance teams, with opportunities to lead a team over time.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years' experience in an analytical position, in P&C insurance or reinsurance.
• Strong understanding of actuarial principles, reserving and pricing technique, risk management and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• CAS exam progress or ACAS/FCAS designation.

Aufgaben

• Actuarial and quantitative analysis: produce portfolio surveillance, loss model, mark to market and capital adequacy reports.
• Manage loss reserving analysis and methodology across reinsurance and portfolios.
• Build and maintain capital charge models for all lines of business and the whole company.
