Job summary

Monogram Health, a leading value-based care provider, seeks an Actuarial Analyst, Client Actuarial, to analyze financial and business risks in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA contracts. You will collaborate with Actuarial, Medical Economics, Client Partnerships, and Data teams to deliver timely, actionable insights.

The role offers flexible location options and a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have SOA progress, SQL/Python/R skills, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have completed at least one SOA exam and be pursuing ASA designation.
• Knowledge of database concepts and analysis tools.
• Proficient in SQL, R or Python; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply actuarial principles to analyze healthcare claims data.
• Review value-based contracts for financial performance modeling.
• Develop and maintain models for IBNR and projections.
• Reconciling actuarial inputs and outputs.
• Coordinate with actuaries and assist with data reconciliations.
• Communicate findings with internal stakeholders.
