Athena Actuarial Consulting is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join a remote‑first team focused on public healthcare programs. You will support multiple projects, develop actuarial models, and collaborate with senior analysts and clients to deliver insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years actuarial experience through school, internships, or early career
• Progress toward ASA or FSA designation
• Strong problem‑solving instincts and a learning mindset
• Comfort with a remote‑first environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a vital member of a collaborative client team, supporting various projects and delivering actuarial insights that drive real-world outcomes. You’ll gain hands‑on experience, sharpen your business acumen, and grow under the mentorship of senior analysts and actuaries.
