Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Typically a minimum of ten years of related work experience.
• Has attained FCAS fellowship accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and implementation of AI-enabled actuarial solutions.
• Advance development and adoption of new AI capabilities within actuarial.
• Collaborate with senior management on Actuarial AI Strategy.
• Build relationships with peers and business partners across functions.
• Monitor emerging AI capabilities and actuarial workflows.
• Partner with actuarial, underwriting, finance, data, and technology teams.
• Promote AI adoption and change management within actuarial org.
• Stay current on actuarial and AI industry developments.
