Job summary

Three Rivers Behavioral Health in West Columbia, SC is seeking a dedicated activity therapy professional to plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive therapy programming for adolescents and adults. Responsibilities span assessment, treatment planning, implementation and discharge planning in a supportive team environment.

Daily schedule runs Monday–Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant therapeutic field as listed.
• Minimum two years’ experience with a mental health population.
• CPR & CPI certification training required (can be completed during orientation & annually onsite).

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize all activity therapy programming from assessment to discharge planning.
• Implement and evaluate treatment plans as assigned.

Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed treatment facility that specializes in quality behavioral health and substance abuse services for adolescents and adults. We offer a full continuum of care through an integrated system of inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Responsibilities: Plans, organizes, completes all activity therapy programming, from assessment, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation, to discharge planning, as assigned.
