General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is hiring an Activity Security Representative (ASR) I in Dayton to provide multi-disciplined security support for collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. The role focuses on day-to-day protection of facilities and information within the client environment, ensuring secure operations and compliance with procedures.

Competenze

• 0+ years of related security experience.
• SAP experience desired.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 1 years of experience.
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 1 year of experience.
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 3 years.
• Bachelor’s degree counts as four years of experience.

• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining a document accountability database and associated correspondence.
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
• Destruction of classified materials.
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
• Reproduction support for classified materials.
• Maintain daily logs for document control.
• Assist in processing inbound/outbound data transfer files.
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers.
• Maintain an extensive customer database contact list.
• Assist with inbound/outbound visit notices.
• Escort facility visitors and logs.
• Prepare facility access control badges.
• Conduct entry and exit inspections.
• Maintain facility access control systems including visitor control.
• Data entry to Personnel Access Security System and maintain billets/quota information.
• Maintain personnel security files.
• Follow and enforce SOPs.
• Support security awareness and education programs.
• Perform miscellaneous admin tasks as directed by site lead or Senior Security Representative.
