Position Type: Part-Time, Seasonal (May 27 – August 31, 2025, with flexible start and end dates)

About the Role

Are you an energetic and outgoing individual who loves meeting people from around the world? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy leading engaging activities? If so, join our team as a Summer Activity Leader at EF International Language Campuses in Tarrytown, NY!

As an Activity Leader, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our international students by leading a variety of fun and engaging activities. Whether it’s taking students on a Broadway show adventure, guiding a city tour of NYC, organizing a karaoke night, or running sports games, each day will bring something new. You’ll also assist with administrative tasks, reception desk coverage, and student engagement, ensuring a welcoming and lively campus environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on- and off-campus activities as part of our monthly event calendar.
• Engage and interact with international students, fostering a friendly and inclusive environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting students in getting involved in activities.
• Act as an enthusiastic guide to New York City and Westchester County.
• Help with administrative tasks and reception duties as needed.
• Adapt to different situations with a flexible and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with students of varying English proficiency levels.
• Customer service experience and critical thinking skills are highly valued.
• Must hold a valid U.S. passport or work permit (EF does not provide sponsorship).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Flexible availability (20-40 hours per week).
• Must pass a criminal background check.
