Responsibilities

• Designs and conducts activities for residents that encourage continued social functioning and independence in activities of daily living.
• Ensure that activities include socialization to encourage interaction among residents.
• Ensure that activities include daily living skills to maintain independent functioning.
• Ensure that activities include leisure time activities to encourage personal interests and involvement with other residents.
• Ensure that activities include physical activities to develop and maintain strength, coordination and range of motion.
• Serves as a backup to the Office Manager.
