AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Certified Activity Director to join our family in Texas. The role focuses on planning, organizing, developing and directing the Activity Department to meet federal, state, local standards and our policies while caring for residents.

• Certified Activity Director certification preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred (LTC/SNF).

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current standards, guidelines and established policies.
• Foster a resident-centered culture and collaborate with team members to support resident well-being.

The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and our established policies and procedures. Must be a certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF.
