Job summary

Bonaventure Senior Living is looking for an Activity Coordinator Trainer to inspire and train Activity Coordinators across Oregon and Southern Washington. This role is designed for energetic and passionate individuals who can motivate others to enhance their activity programs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience in event planning, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to a flexible work schedule. The position offers excellent benefits and opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in planning, developing, and executing activities and events.
  • Must pass Criminal Background Check, Drug Test, and Driving Record Requirements.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Coach, teach, and inspire Activity Coordinators to enhance basic activity programs.
  • Travel to communities across Oregon and Southern Washington.

Activity Coordinator Trainer

We want energetic, passionate, and fired up trainers who will travel to our communities to coach, teach, and inspire Activity Coordinators to go above and beyond the basic activity programs. This is a traveling position.

Qualifications

  • Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, and confident.

  • English language required.
  • Must pass Criminal Background Check, Drug Test, and Driving Record Requirements.

  • Food Handler’s Permit.
  • Ability to travel throughout Oregon and Southern Washington.
