Join the Connections team at Juniper Bucks! This full-time position focuses primarily on providing life enriching activities, crafts, and creative outlets to our Memory Care residents. The position works alongside with the other Connections associates to help encourage community participation and planning daily activities for residents to enjoy such as crafts, group programming, and holiday celebrations.
Fulltime-9:30 AM to 5:30 PM , every other weekend required
Starting rate: 16.50

Role:
Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents. You will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well being.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field (Preferred)
Previous experience in healthcare or service related setting (Preferred)
Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
