Responsibilities

• Plan and lead parties, educational programs, cultural events, workshops, and outings.
• Learn residents’ stories, interests, and preferences through meaningful one-on-one time.
• Assist with tablets, personal devices, presentations, audiovisual equipment, and interactive experiences.
• Safely arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies for community activities.
• Collaborate with culinary, care, and operations teams to create successful events.
• Balance event logistics, resident engagement, and changing priorities with energy and flexibility.

What You’ll Do

• Build Community: Plan and lead parties, educational programs, cultural events, workshops, and outings.

• Connect with Residents: Learn residents’ stories, interests, and preferences through meaningful one-on-one time.

• Support Technology: Assist with tablets, personal devices, presentations, audiovisual equipment, and interactive experiences.

• Set Up Events: Safely arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies for community activities.

• Collaborate: Partner with culinary, care, and operations teams to create successful events.

• Multitask: Balance event logistics, resident engagement, and changing priorities with energy and flexibility.
