Job summary

Williamsburg Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking an Activities Assistant in Williamsburg, VA, for a part-time role. If you are creative, energetic, and passionate about seniors, you will plan and lead daily recreational activities and events, and encourage participation.

You will collaborate with the Activities Director and care team to foster a positive, engaging environment, promoting social interaction, creativity, and physical well-being for residents.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage residents in activities.
• Compassionate and patient approach to working with seniors.
• Prior experience in recreation, activities, or a skilled nursing/long-term care setting is a plus (but not required!)

Are you creative, energetic, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? We’re looking for an Activities Assistant to join our team at Williamsburg Post Acute & Rehabilitation, where you’ll play a key role in bringing joy, engagement, and meaningful experiences to our residents.
