Plan and implement a variety of activities designed to meet the unique needs and interests of our residents, including social events, games, arts and crafts, and exercise programs
Lead and facilitate activities, ensuring participation and engagement from all residents
Collaborate with other team members, including therapists and recreational staff, to ensure a comprehensive approach to activity planning
Conduct assessments to identify resident preferences and develop activity plans to meet their individual needs
Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance and participation
Enhance the overall quality of life for our residents by promoting socialization, cognitive stimulation, and restorative care

High school diploma or equivalent required
