Job summary

Medical Suites at Oak Creek in Oak Creek, WI, seeks a compassionate Activity Aide to join our Life Enrichment Team. This full-time role focuses on planning meaningful activities to enhance residents' daily lives and well-being.

You will assist with program setup, group and individual activities, and coordination with nursing staff to meet care plans while supporting a positive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in long-term care, social services, or activities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work occasional weekends or evenings for special events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and carrying out recreational and therapeutic activities for residents under the direction of the Activity Director.
• Engage residents in group and one-on-one programs to promote socialization, physical movement, and overall well-being.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities based on individual interests, abilities, and care plans.
• Help set up, transport, and escort residents to and from activity programs safely.
• Provide support during outings, special events, and holiday celebrations.
• Maintain activity supplies, equipment, and program areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Document resident attendance, participation levels, and responses to activities as directed.
• Communicate with nursing staff and other team members regarding resident needs and preferences.

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking a compassionate and motivated Activity Aide to join our Life Enrichment Team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Job Requirements
