Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Activity Assistant to join our team in Duluth, MN. You will lead hourly activities, transport residents, and assist with programming to promote cognitive function, physical health, socialization, and emotional well-being.
We value teamwork, compassionate care, and strong English communication. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior elder care experience is preferred. Applicants should be 18+ and enjoy helping others.

Providing our residents with fun and entertaining engaging activities is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do at the facility. As an activity assistant, your primary role is to engage individuals with in meaningful and stimulating activities that promote cognitive function, physical health, socialization, and emotional well-being.
As an activity assistant, you will work closely with the residents leading hourly programs for individuals and groups, along with transporting and assisting residents to and from activities. The activity assistant supports and assists the Activities Director in all necessary programming.
