Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing a wide range of activities, including recreational, social, and therapeutic programs
Develop and lead group activities, such as arts and crafts, exercise classes, and entertainment events
Provide individual and group support to residents with varying levels of cognitive and physical abilities
Collaborate with the activities team to design and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
Maintain accurate records of activities, participation, and resident feedback
Assist in preparing for and hosting special events, such as birthdays, holidays, and community activities
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall mission and goals of Parc Provence

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with seniors or individuals with dementia preferred
Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
