The Guardian Center in Brockton, MA, a quality skilled nursing facility, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and implement engaging programs for residents across diverse settings.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, involving residents and families in program planning, and promoting physical, social and mental wellbeing through structured activities. Hours are 9 am to 5 pm.

The Guardian Center located in Brockton, Massachusets, a quality skilled nursing facility, offers short and long-term nursing and rehabilitation care.

Duties/Responsibilities

• The primary job duty is responsible for planning and implementing residents with physical, educational, and/or social activities in a variety of settings.
• Oversee the residents engaged in scheduled activities to promote the physical, social and mental wellbeing of residents by applying experience in activities and knowledge of diagnoses and conditions of residents
• Involve the resident/family in planning activity programs when possible.
• Coordinate activities with other departments as necessary
