Job summary

Hampton Nursing and Rehab a leading provider of long-term care and related health services, is seeking a dedicated Activity Assistant to join our team. Our mission is to provide quality daily enrichment for our patients/residents, and we're looking for a compassionate and skilled individual to help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director in planning, developing, and implementing activities that enrich the lives of our residents/patients

• Invite and encourage all residents/patients to participate in programs and conduct "Meet and Greet" at the beginning of each program

• Facilitate activities and be always aware of the needs of our residents/patients

• Assemble, erect, dismantle, and store equipment and supplies used in the recreation program

• Perform record keeping, attention to the environment, use of supplies and equipment, and maintenance of storage areas
