We are seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Activity Aides to join our team at Eastgatespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH.

Salary: $13.50 to $16 Per Hour

You’ll assist our residents with activities designed to promote their psychosocial, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Working with other members of the Activity Department to provide individual, group, and one-on-one activities that promote the total wellbeing of our residents.
  • Providing insight regarding the activity calendar.
  • Conducting scheduled group and individual activities.
  • Attending outings and operating bus lift along with other bus equipment.
  • Attending team member meetings as needed.
  • Assisting with resident meals.
  • Assisting with theme weeks and special events.
  • Documenting participation and attendance for all activities.
  • Assisting with customer service surveys.
You’ll Need To Have:
  • A State Tested Nursing Assistant certification or eligibility to earn one to participate actively in activity delivery.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A sincere desire to work directly with elderly residents, staff, and families.
