Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare field experience preferred.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Executing the daily activity calendar per the Activity Director.
• Charting resident participation in activities.
• Leading interactive activity programs to enhance quality of life.
• Performing duties on varying schedules.
• Support resident well-being and engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
