Job summary

Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Activity Aide to plan, organize and implement a wide range of recreational and therapeutic activities for residents. You will work to enhance quality of life, developing relationships with residents, families and staff, and coordinating with recrea tional therapy to meet cognitive, physical and emotional needs.

The role requires a high school diploma with prior experience preferred, and strong communication and interpersonal

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recreational therapy staff to meet cognitive, physical, and emotional needs of residents.
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity notes.
