Job summary

EMERALD HILLS is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Activities Aide to enrich residents' lives through engaging programs and activities. You will plan, lead, and adapt recreational, social, and therapeutic activities while fostering a welcoming, supportive atmosphere on our NJ campus.

Join a collaborative care team, work day or evening shifts, and help residents maintain mental, emotional, and physical well-being through meaningful engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with seniors preferred; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.

Schedule: Day & Evening shifts available
Status: Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents.
