Job summary

Optalis Healthcare in Muskegon seeks an Activity Assistant to plan and lead recreational programs that enrich the lives of residents. You will be at the heart of creating memorable experiences through arts, crafts, music, games, and outings.

The role focuses on engaging adults with medical disabilities, providing encouragement, and assisting with setup/cleanup and documentation of participation. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits available.

• Plan and organize recreational activities for adults with medical disabilities.

• Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and participation in activities.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
