Park Avenue Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Aide to join our team as a part-time member. The role focuses on planning and leading recreational and social activities for residents, helping create meaningful daily experiences, and fostering resident engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dependable and patient demeanor, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications for Activity Aide

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or activities role is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable engaging with elderly residents in group and one-to-one settings
