Job summary

Encore Senior Living is recruiting an Activity Aide for Encore at Mahtomedi, MN. This full-time role involves assisting residents with daily activities, leading engaging events, and promoting a warm, respectful living environment in a senior community.

The position requires genuine love for working with seniors, flexibility, and strong teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a comprehensive training program is provided. Weekend shifts may be included.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Full training program provided to new hires.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily activities and social engagement.
  • Create a warm, home-like atmosphere and promote independence.
  • Assist with creative and physical activities to enhance quality of life.
