Job summary

Evansville Manor, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking a Full-time Activity Aide to support residents through engaging activities and programs. You will assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing activities that meet residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs.

Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a focus on creating joyful, safe, and meaningful experiences while maintaining daily living skills and documenting resident progress.

Qualifications

• A passion for working with people.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and adapt in changing situations.
• Ability to work under stress while remaining caring and kind.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Creativity, imagination, and innovation.
• Musical or arts & crafts experience preferred.

Responsibilities
