Job summary

Evansville Manor, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, seeks a Full-time Activity Aide to plan and lead person-centered activities for residents. You will document participation and outcomes in the medical record, supporting daily living, wellness, and social engagement.

The role requires compassion, excellent communication, and adaptability in a supportive team environment, with regular daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide entertainment, relaxation, and fulfillment while supporting daily living skills
• Prepare and maintain reports on resident progress
• Ensure activity areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Generate enthusiasm to encourage and motivate resident participation

Evansville Manor, part of the Eden Senior Care Network, is seeking a Full-timeActivity Aide.

We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals devoted to fostering meaningful and purposeful lives for our residents. The Activity Aide organizes and participates in person-centered activity programming, including one-on-one interventions, small group facilitation, and large group activities. This role also includes documenting resident participation and the effectiveness of activity approaches in the medical record.

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
