Join us and be a part of our growing team under the direction of our new Administrator and Director of Nursing. Our facility is currently hiring full time, part time, and per-diem activity aides starting at $15.47 per hour. Every other weekend shifts are required.

Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation, a MIMA Healthcare facility, is a 235 bed facility located in Bayville, NJ that provides long term skilled nursing care and short term post-acute rehabilitation.
