Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement and volunteer services across our communities, including memory care. You will supervise volunteers and concierge staff, build partnerships, and track engagement metrics to continually improve programs.

You’ll recruit and onboard volunteers, coordinate events, and partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins, while ensuring safety and Sunrise quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.
• Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred.
• Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards.

Pay Range

25.25 - 31.65
