Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Palm Desert, CA is seeking an Activities Supervisor to oversee resort events and activities, coordinate volunteers, and manage vendors.

Your duties include planning events for groups and private functions, arranging food and beverages, securing sponsors, preparing newsletters, and maintaining open communications with guests and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in events or activities planning.
• Meticulous attention to details.
• Excellent communications and organizational skills.
• Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Microsoft Publisher preferred.

• At all times, represent the resort in a professional manner.

What you’ll do:

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of BC, CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, VT and WA is:

Hourly: $18.00 - $18.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
