Job summary

ELS in Harlingen, Texas, is seeking an Activities Supervisor to direct the planning and execution of resort events and activities. You will coordinate sponsors, schedule volunteers, and collaborate with vendors to deliver engaging experiences for guests.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills, with 3+ years in events planning. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Publisher preferred) is a plus.

• Arrange for sponsors to fund events.
• Review requests and select vendors to conduct informational seminars.
• Manage all activities related to monthly newsletters: gather information for articles , prepare layouts , submit final drafts to the printer , and arrange for delivery.
• Maintain open communications with resort management, guests and vendors.
• At all times, represent the resort in a professional manner.
