Job summary

The Healthcare Resort of Topeka in Topeka, KS is seeking an Activities Staff member for a full-time 12pm-8pm shift. You will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs aligned with each resident's care plan.

Under supervision, you will help execute activities, support teamwork, and uphold our CAPLICO values to deliver compassionate, engaging care that enhances residents' well-being.

Job description

The Healthcare Resort of Topeka

Full-Time 12pm-8pm

The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. As Activities Staff, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
