Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking an Activities Manager at University Crossing in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role oversees the Recreations & Wellness program, aligning activities with residents’ care plans and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include managing admissions/discharges for activity services and developing compliant engagement policies to support residents’ highest level of function.

Qualifications

• Registered CTRS or Activity Director certification; OT/OTA license may be preferred.
• Skilled nursing or assisted living facility experience required.
• Familiarity with state and federal activity regulations for long-term care facilities.
