As an Activities Assistant (Lifestyle Enrichment Assistant), you will provide daily activity programs for residents and assist the Activities Coordinator (Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator) in delivering a full range of program services. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent contact with residents and families.

Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions. Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
Physical Demands: Ability to push/pull and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted, frequently. Ability to walk, stand, talk, and hear. Must be able to move freely throughout the building.
