Join Our Team as an Activities Leader at CommuniCare Health Services

Allen View Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and creative Activities Leader to join our team. This is a full-time position with daily pay options, allowing you to work today and get paid tomorrow.

Our recreational staff play a vital role in encouraging residents' socialization and community involvement. We are looking for someone energetic, responsible, and compassionate, comfortable working with residents with varying needs, including those experiencing confusion. Your goal will be to turn aging, rehabilitation, and recovery challenges into positive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of engaging activities for residents
• Collaborate with the activities department and interdisciplinary team to foster a supportive environment
• Provide individualized activity care and services tailored to residents' needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Experience with software applications related to activity planning preferred
• Basic computer skills and literacy
• Active state driver’s license
