Job summary

Craneville Place Nursing & Rehab Center in Dalton, MA is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Activities Director to lead a vibrant recreation program for our residents. This full-time, Monday-Friday role involves planning engaging calendars of activities and coordinating volunteers with a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

You will work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to promote well-being, organize events, and mentor the activities team while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• ADC certification preferred
• Experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting is a plus
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee a diverse calendar of recreational, educational, and social activities
• Create programs that reflect each resident's interests, abilities, and goals
• Organize special events, celebrations, community outings, and entertainment
