Pay Range: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour

Position Summary: Pacific Coast Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Director to plan, coordinate, and oversee resident-centered activities that promote the physical, mental, emotional, and social well‑being of our residents. The Activity Director will ensure the facility's activity program meets federal, state, local, and company regulations while enhancing residents' quality of life through meaningful engagement and individualized programming.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Activity Director Certification required.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, assisted living community, or long‑term care setting preferred.
Experience planning recreational, social, or therapeutic activities is preferred.
