The role involves interacting with residents, families, and staff in a pleasant, respectful manner, ensuring safety, supporting independent recreation, and honoring residents' service plans.

You will participate in mandated trainings and contribute to a caring, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and care for seniors.
• Dependable and responsible team member.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful manner.
• Ensure residents are free from abuse (physical, verbal, sexual).
• Support resident independent recreation based on preferences.
• Uphold residents' rights to make personal choices per service plan.
• Attend all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, state and federal guidelines.
