Cedar Lake Senior Living in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking an Activities Coordinator to engage residents in meaningful programs and events.

You will interact with residents, families, and staff, support independent recreation, and help uphold residents' rights within their service plans. This role includes attending mandated trainings and collaborating with the care team to enhance resident well‑being.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
