This isn't just an activities job.

It's an opportunity to help youth create memories, discover strengths, and build a brighter future.

  • Assist with planning monthly activity schedules.

  • Help create experiences youth actually enjoy and want to attend.

  • Gather feedback and help improve activities based on youth interests.

Be Part of the Team

  • Work alongside residential, clinical, educational, and nursing staff.

  • Support treatment goals through positive engagement and mentoring.

  • Participate in team meetings and collaborative planning.

Keep Things Safe and Organized

  • Supervise youth during activities and outings.

  • Maintain participation records and required documentation.

  • Follow safety, transportation, crisis response, and agency policies.

  • Help ensure activities are conducted in a safe, trauma-informed environment.
