Job summary

Responsibilities include some of the following:

• Provides direct patient group treatment.
• Writes progress notes for one-to-one and group sessions according to policies and procedures.
• Provides comprehensive therapeutic activities consistent with each patient's active treatment program.

• Education: Master's Degree in a related field (counseling, recreation therapy) preferred
• Experience: At least one (1) year of experience providing group therapy in a hospital setting with psychiatric patients preferred
• Additional Requirements: Successful completion of CPR and Handle with CareTraining within 30 days of employment
• Schedule: Flexible with some weekends
