  • Basic proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

  • Develop, schedule, and lead a variety of recreational, educational, and social activities that cater to diverse participant interests and abilities.
  • Coordinate logistics including securing venues, materials, and any necessary permits or approvals for activities and events.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community organizations to enhance program offerings and ensure participant safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, participant feedback, and program outcomes to evaluate effectiveness and inform future planning.
  • Promote activities through various communication channels to maximize participation and community involvement.

The Activities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals by planning, organizing, and implementing a diverse range of engaging activities and events. Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in recreation, social work, education, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating group activities or events, preferably in a community, healthcare, or educational setting.
