The Activities Attendant is responsible for the setup, execution, and follow-through of various guest experiences at Wildflower Farms. They should be organized, efficient, and able to communicate effectively with guests to ensure a memorable experience. This role is crucial in operations and involves cross-training across different departments of the hotel, offering an exciting opportunity for a curious and active individual interested in hospitality and experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Set up and break down areas for weekly classes, including loading/unloading dishwashers, moving supplies, and preparing ingredients involving alcohol and food.
2. Organize and clean activity storage areas, classrooms, and event spaces; report maintenance needs.
3. Communicate low stock of supplies and equipment to management.
4. Print documents needed for classes.
5. Maintain open communication with other hotel departments.
6. Assist with farm-related tasks, such as feeding animals and handling live animals.
7. Pack items for mailing, create labels, and track shipments.
8. Use email for work-related communication.
9. Develop detailed knowledge of all programs, activities, and experiences to assist guests and staff effectively.
