About The Role

As a Slide Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests using the water slide. You will monitor slide operations, enforce safety rules, assist with pool area cleanliness, and contribute to an overall positive experience for all visitors. This role requires attentiveness, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the top of the water slide and manage guest flow.
• Enforce all water slide rules to ensure a safe experience.
• Clearly communicate safety instructions and respond to guest inquiries.
• Sanitize the slide deck and surrounding pool facility as assigned by the pool manager.
• Assist in running activities and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
• Remain alert and responsive to any safety concerns or guest needs.
  
  

Cognitive & Physical Considerations

• Ability to follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with teammates.
• Must be able to give clear instructions to guests while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong awareness and judgment in ensuring guest safety at all times.
• Work is performed outdoors, requiring prolonged standing, walking, and exposure to varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks such as sanitizing and monitoring slide operations.
